Open Chat is a private AI assistant that runs inside Telegram. In plain terms: your data is fully encrypted and never leaves your chat, we don't sell or share it, and we never use your conversations to train AI models.

Who we are

Open Chat (“we”, “us”) operates the @theopenchat_bot Telegram bot and this website. You can reach us through the bot's /paysupport command for any privacy or billing question.

Your conversations

• Your data is fully encrypted and never leaves your chat. Answers are generated on our own private hardware — no OpenAI, Google, or any third-party AI provider sees your text.
• Never sold, never shared, never used to train any model, impossible to read by humans.
• Wipe (Settings → Wipe my chat history, inside the bot) deletes your chats and photo/voice notes immediately. This can't be undone.
• We keep usage counters — how many messages per day, which plan, which buttons — never the content of anything you write or say.
• Payments are processed by Telegram or the payment provider; we never see card numbers or wallet keys.

This website

This site may use cookies and similar technologies — including an advertising pixel (for example, from Reddit) — to understand which ads bring people here and to measure performance. This applies to the website only, not to your conversations with the bot. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Wiping your history inside the bot already deletes it instantly; for anything else, message us through /paysupport.

Age

Open Chat is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
